The Aberdeen Pheasant Coalition (APC) is a group of local businesses and organizations working to raise $100,000 to be used to provide a sign up incentive for farmers and landowners enrolling land into the USDA’s CRP program and also enrolling it into the South Dakota Game, Fish, and Park’s public Walk In hunting access program. At this level, we will add 4000 acres of excellent pheasant habitat open to public hunting in Brown County. The APC is being spearheaded by our local Northern South Dakota Pheasants Forever Chapter #77. Our APC members are businesses and organizations that understand the importance of pheasants to our Aberdeen economy.
